Is there a limit on how many tests we can run?
No. Every subscription includes unlimited campaigns and re-tests.

Yes. The appliance is part of the subscription.
Do updates or AI usage cost extra?
No. Engine, model and knowledge-base updates are included, and the AI runs on the appliance, so there are no per-token fees.
