Build a business on Zero Hunt

Zero Hunt is sold exclusively through authorised channel partners. The product fits a specific buyer profile and pays distributors a margin structure aligned with the deal complexity of selling an on-premise AI security appliance. This page describes what we look for in a partner, what we offer, and how to apply.

Ideal customer profile (your ICP, our ICP)

  • EU mid-market to large enterprise: utilities, healthcare, manufacturing, finance, public administration, defence supply chain.
  • Headcount 250–10,000. Existing security budget. NIS2-in-scope or DORA-regulated where relevant.
  • Data sovereignty constraint: explicit policy that production telemetry cannot leave the perimeter (regulatory, classified or contractual).
  • Already running annual or quarterly pentests; needs to move to continuous validation but cannot adopt a SaaS pentest vendor.

Margin structure

Three-tier reseller margin scaled by deal size and registration. Detailed pricing in the authorised commercial kit (auth required).

Deal registration

Conflict-free deal protection on registered opportunities. First-come, first-protected, 90-day validity, renewable on activity.

Demo appliance loaner

Hardware appliance + 90-day production-grade license for partner enablement and prospect demos. One per certified partner, refreshed annually.

Full sales kit (11 documents)

Battle card, A4 datasheet, 10-slide pitch deck, executive one-pager, competitive matrix, 6 use cases, FAQ & objection handler, ROI/TCO calculator, email templates, demo script, API & integrations guide. Stamped, signed, channel-ready.

Pre-sales support

Direct line to the engineering team for technical scoping calls, custom demos against prospect environments, and RFP response support.

Technical training

Two-day technical certification per partner technical resource: deployment, hardening, sensor placement, AI Gym tuning, evidence export workflow.

Margin structure (overview)

Exact figures are in the authorised commercial kit, but the structure rewards partners that bring qualified pipeline:

Tier 1 — Registered

Standard reseller margin on registered deals. Entry tier — no minimum revenue commitment, just registration discipline.

Tier 2 — Certified

Stepped-up margin after one technical resource certified + first paid deployment. Adds co-marketing budget allocation.

Tier 3 — Strategic

Top margin for partners with vertical specialisation (utilities, defence, healthcare) and minimum committed pipeline. Includes joint roadmap access and named field engineer.

What we ask of partners

  • A specialised cybersecurity practice or MSP/MSSP unit. We are not a fit for generalist VARs.
  • Demonstrable customer relationships in at least one of our ICP verticals.
  • Willingness to invest in technical certification (one engineer minimum) within 90 days of signing.
  • Adherence to the channel-only sales policy: we do not sell direct in markets covered by an active partner.
  • Honest positioning. The /vs/ pages on this site set the tone — we expect the same intellectual honesty in partner-led sales motions.

    Discovery call

    30 minutes with the channel lead — we walk through ICP fit, your typical deal flow, and whether the territory is open.

  3. 03

    NDA + access

    Once mutually qualified, NDA is signed and you receive access to the authorised commercial kit (battle card, pricing, full margin sheet).

  4. 04

    Technical onboarding

    Two-day certification scheduled within 30 days. Loaner appliance shipped. First deal registration ready immediately after.
